Job summary

PrimeAlliance in Metro Manila seeks a training specialist to facilitate programs, develop employees’ knowledge and skills, assess progress, and ensure trainees meet performance and competency standards of the company.

You will design and update training materials, collaborate with management to identify needs, monitor outcomes, and provide ongoing mentorship to Operations in a fast-paced BPO/collections environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in a BPO/collection environment.
• Strong knowledge of BPO operations and collection standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and develop effective training materials.
