Job summary

Making Fine Beverage Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and drive staff performance.

You will ensure excellent customer service, monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling, and enforce company policies and SOPs while addressing customer concerns promptly. Training and scheduling support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience (F&B or retail preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic reporting, inventory, and cash control knowledge.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
