Job summary

Qualifications

• College-level education; a bachelor's in business admin/management is advantageous.
• 1–2 years in retail or store operations; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales monitoring, inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
• Computer-literate, particularly in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and assist the Store Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and implementation of sales strategies.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper handling of cash transactions, sales reports, and store documentation.
• Monitor inventory, stocks, and merchandise displays to maintain product availability and store organization.

• Assist in training, coaching, and supervising store personnel.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the store and equipment.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports as required by management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or management.
