Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty and oversee scheduling when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates, monitor sales goals and tasks.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and compliance with procedures.
• Manage inventory, pricing, VM, and product presentation.
