Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage staff, schedule shifts, uphold brand standards, and assist in coaching a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include executing the selling strategy, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory integrity. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports the store's success.

Qualifications

• Provide leadership to store team and drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Lead training and development programs for staff.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Oversee scheduling, discipline, and gap coverage.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness aligns with guidelines.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and till procedures.
• Support inventory counts, replenishment, and backroom organization.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel.
