Job summary

Mister Donut is seeking a capable Shop Manager-level professional to help set sales plans with the Shop Manager, craft Local Store Marketing, and ensure strong cash management. You will conduct reviews of shop performance, implement training, and drive daily operations while addressing deviations through monthly analyses.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, at least two years in QSR/retail, and strong leadership with analytical and problem-solving abilities to

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in QSR, restaurant & retail industry.
• Knowledge of end-to-end store operations and creating P&L reports.
• Analytical with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in sales & marketing or business/franchise consulting.

Responsibilities

• Helps set plan for shops to achieve sales goal together with the Shop Manager.
• Helps create Local Store Marketing and other promotions to increase shop sales and build brand awareness.
• Facilitates timely and proper cash management of shops and checks proper use of revolving fund.
• Conducts regular business reviews on shop performance to identify opportunities or formulate action plans.
• Conducts, implements, & evaluates training for team to ensure staffing and compliance with standards.
• Delivers strategic planning; monitors daily operations of shops and analyzes deviations monthly.
