Job summary

Mister Donut in Makati is seeking a qualified candidate for a role focused on store-level commercial performance. You will support the Shop Manager in planning, sales goals, local store marketing, and promotions to boost shop sales and brand awareness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, at least 2 years in QSR/retail, knowledge of end-to-end operations and P&L reporting, strong analysis and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Studies/Management or related.
• At least 2 years in QSR, restaurant & retail.
• Knowledge of end-to-end store operations and P&L reporting.
• Strong analytic and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership and professional attitude.
• At least 2 years in sales/marketing or business/franchise consulting.

Responsibilities

• Helps set plans for shops to achieve sales goals with the Shop Manager.
• Helps create Local Store Marketing and promotions to increase shop sales and build brand awareness.
• Facilitates timely and proper cash management of shops and checks proper use of revolving fund.
• Conducts regular business reviews on shop performance (sales, profitability and cost efficiency vs. targets) to identify opportunities or formulate action plans to address gaps.
• Conducts, implements, & evaluates training for team to ensure sufficient staffing, compliance to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Delivers strategic planning; monitors daily operations of shops, conduct business analysis and rectifies all deviations monthly.
