Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead with confidence, anticipate risks, and ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues from the moment they arrive.

You will support the Security Manager, supervise the security team, coordinate emergency response, and collaborate with hotel operations to deliver a secure yet warm guest experience across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in security operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and security regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
