Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Metro Manila area. The role focuses on achieving daily sales targets, implementing store plans on a defined timeline, and executing Local Store Marketing activities to drive revenue.

The candidate will prepare store reports and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations. The position requires 2-3 years of related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a willingness to work in shifts six days a week across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in Manila Area, MOA complex, and Makati Area.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, shifting schedules, and on holidays.
• Customer service oriented and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure to achieve daily sales targets.




• Implements store plans and programs based on a timeline.




• Proper execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs and other sales-generating activities.




• Prepares and submits store reports based on specified requirements.




• Co-facilitates general monthly meetings with or on behalf of immediate superior.




• Assures compliance and proper dissemination of important operational-related information to subordinates.




• Prepares appropriate documentation and implements proper coordination during Store Closure and renovation.




• Ensures immediate cascade and application in the work setting of the attended training program.




• Monitor and ensure Food safety and Cleanliness of the store.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.




• 2-3 years' experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or equivalent.




• Must be willing to be assigned in the following locations: Manila Area, MOA complex, and Makati Area




• Must be willing to work 6 days in a week, shifting schedules, and on holidays
