Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the Metro Manila area. The role focuses on achieving daily sales targets, implementing store plans on a defined timeline, and executing Local Store Marketing activities to drive revenue.

The candidate will prepare store reports and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations. The position requires 2-3 years of related experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a willingness to work in shifts six days a week across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned in Manila Area, MOA complex, and Makati Area.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, shifting schedules, and on holidays.
• Customer service oriented and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales targets.
• Implements store plans and programs based on a timeline.
• Executes Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs and other sales activities.
• Prepares and submits store reports per requirements.
• Co-facilitates monthly meetings with superior.
• Ensures compliance and dissemination of operational information to staff.
• Prepares documentation and coordinates during store closure/renovation.
• Ensures training is applied in the work setting.
• Monitors Food safety and store cleanliness.
