Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (12 months fixed-term) to support planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects. You will assist in managing project schedules, budgets, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in project coordination;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related PM roles.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.
