Role Description

The Assistant Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Calauan. This role assists in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met efficiently and safely. The Assistant Production Supervisor helps coordinate production planning, monitors workflow, and supports the implementation of quality standards and safety procedures. The role involves supervising production personnel, addressing operational issues, and communicating with other departments to maintain smooth and timely output. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and reporting related to production performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to approved daily production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company rules and regulations.
• Assist in organizing and delegating workloads by assigning responsibilities to production personnel and preparing daily work schedules.
• Assist in conducting time and motion studies to evaluate work methods, identify process bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and manpower utilization.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES:

• Proficient in MS Office
• WIth leadership skills and Organizational and Administrative skills
• Knowledge of time and motion study methodologies, including work measurement, process observation, data recording, and productivity improvement.

TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• College graduate, preferable in Industrial Engineering
• Preferably with training or working knowledge in Time and Motion Study, work measurement, and productivity improvement.
