Job summary

Mezen Realty & Development Corp. is seeking an Assistant Process Engineer to analyze workflows, design and optimize processes, and enforce quality standards across operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and ensuring product and service quality.

The ideal candidate will understand process mapping, KPI development, and data analysis, and collaborate with project management, engineering, and HR to implement new procedures and sustain quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in quality assurance, process design, or operational optimization is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, process mapping, and KPI development.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, process improvement methodologies, and standardization practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and minimize errors or defects.
• Design and optimize new workflows that align with company objectives.
• Standardize templates, documents, and operational procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and implement standards for inspections, ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
• Document and report product or service quality levels to relevant stakeholders.
• Create and enforce quality standards, procedures, and policies, and ensure these are consistently maintained.
• Oversee the development of quality standards and improve them over time to meet evolving operational needs.
• Set departmental objectives and KPIs, review ongoing performance, and provide guidance to direct reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project management, engineering, and HR, to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and quality standards.
• Analyze company performance data, generate quality reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend appropriate solutions to address performance gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Ensure all in-house systems and procedures comply with external certification standards and are updated as required.
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA Plan) for non-conformities.
