Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Maintenance Process Engineer to own the design and optimization of workflows for bus fleet operations.

This on-site role targets professionals with 5–10 years in manufacturing process and systems improvement, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. You will develop SOPs, monitor safety and regulatory compliance, and manage documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of process and systems improvement experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in creating workflows and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and improve maintenance processes and procedures to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective bus fleet operations.
• Create workflows and design standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and optimize maintenance performance across the workshops.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, repairs, and certifications.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
• Conduct inspection of workshops to ensure that each follows the provided guidelines and SOP.
