Job summary

Hills Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Aesthetic Clinic Manager to take full ownership of one of our Singapore clinics—the team, the customer experience, daily operations and the monthly sales target.

You will lead, coach and develop the consultant team, run clinic operations from opening to closing, and ensure compliant, high-quality service across all touchpoints including stock, payments, records and compliance with MOH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty or wellness chain.
• At least 2 years leading a team, with direct accountability for a sales target.
• Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of hitting monthly targets.
• Able to explain treatments, outcomes and pricing clearly.
• Confident handling customer complaints and difficult conversations.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinic's monthly sales target and report performance to the Directors.
• Set and track individual consultant targets; review the numbers with the team daily and weekly.
• Carry your own consultation caseload and close your own sales.
• Drive the monthly promotion, and grow repeat and referral business through structured follow-up.
• Lead, coach and develop the consultant team day to day.
• Train new joiners on the Sales SOP and product knowledge.
• Review performance and address underperformance early.
• Run the clinic from opening to closing.
• Coordinate doctor schedules and appointment flow.
• Manage stock, consumables, injectables and equipment readiness - ordering, expiry tracking and stock counts.
• Keep consent forms, treatment records and before-and-after photographs complete and properly filed.
• Handle payment collection, installments and package administration accurately.
• Be the escalation point for customer feedback and complaints.
• Maintain consultation and aftercare standards across the team.
• Ensure the clinic meets MOH guidelines, PDPA and hygiene standards.
