Formación

• Experience in running clinic operations or similar business environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining service quality.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective business processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and process improvements.
• Monitor branch performance, sales, KPIs, budgets, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards.
• Upsell products and services to meet the branch quota.
• Coordinate with different departments to support promotions, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
• Manage customer service operations and resolve escalated concerns to enhance client satisfaction.
• Supervise and evaluate operations staff while promoting productivity and teamwork.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.
• Analyze business performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
