Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong leadership with a background in continuous improvement and ISO 9001:2015 documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in operational excellence, plant administration, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Supervisory or people management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Lead and sustain Operational Excellence initiatives, including 5S, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.
• Prepare and consolidate operational and management reports.
• Assist in plant budget planning, cost control, and expense monitoring.
• Support HSE programs, compliance activities, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate site support functions, including visitor management, canteen services, transportation, and utilities monitoring.
• Manage manufacturing-related documentation, including ISO 9001:2015 records.
• Monitor scrap materials management and manufacturing revolving funds.

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Manufacturing supports daily plant operations, operational excellence initiatives, budget management, and administrative functions to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing activities. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and production performance.
