IDEMIA Group in Noida NSEZ is seeking an experienced Team Leader - Procurement & Supply Chain to lead procurement, material planning, supplier management, and inventory operations. The role focuses on ensuring timely material availability, cost optimization, and efficient supply chain execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of procurement, sourcing, and material planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong D365, MRP, BOM, inventory and supplier management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader - Procurement & Supply Chain to lead procurement, material planning, supplier management, and inventory operations. The role will ensure timely material availability, cost optimization, and efficient supply chain execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for production and non-production materials.
• Manage material planning and MRP execution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Optimize inventory levels, improve inventory accuracy, and reduce excess stock.
• Achieve procurement cost-saving targets and manage purchase price variance (PPV).
• Maintain and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) in D365 in collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.
• Ensure timely material availability by coordinating supplier deliveries and logistics.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through component sourcing and supply chain readiness.
• Maintain procurement master data, purchasing transactions, and reporting in D365 while driving process improvements.

Profile & Other Information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and material planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), MRP, BOM management, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
