Job summary

You will work with SAP for POs, vendor payments, and reconciliations. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and vendor-management skills, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Ariba.

• Source vendors, manage supplier databases and vendor relationships.
• Track supplies with vendors and perform material reconciliation with sites.

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role is responsible to deliver on the following:
• Experience working in SAP for procurement and materials management activities.
• Knowledge in issuing RFPs, preparing approval notes, issuing POs, processing vendor payments, and performing account reconciliations.
• Manage procurement of mechanical and structural materials, including MMS, Fasteners, and Switchyard Structures
• Knowledge of vendor sourcing, vendor databases, and supplier management.
• Supplies tracking with vendor.
• Material reconciliation with sites

Education: B. E/ B.Tech- Mechanical

Experience: 2-3 Years
