Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor or Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years management experience; 5+ years customer service.
• Licensing: Series 7/63/65 OR 7/66; Series 24 active license.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a team of investment specialists.
• Hire, train, motivate, monitor, and coach team members.
• Ensure FINRA compliance and deliver exceptional member experience.
• Monitor service levels, inbound volume and schedule adherence.
• Identify issues and propose process improvements.
• Maintain internal policies and business continuity plans.
