The Assistant Manager, Product & Commercial Strategy serves as the primary execution driver for the department's strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role bridges the gap between conceptualized commercial strategies and on-the-ground operational reality. The ideal candidate possesses deep Integrated Resort (IR) experience, a solid understanding of both gaming and non-gaming products, and a proven track record of successfully mounting high-impact events and coordinating across multiple business units.
Execute and project-manage key product and commercial strategy initiatives conceptualized by the AVP and Senior Manager.
Mount and oversee resort events, floor activations, and strategic partner engagements from inception to completion.
Drive cross-functional coordination with Casino Ops, Hotel, F&B, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless event and product rollouts.
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the Gaming and Non-gaming Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely numerical reporting.
Ensure all executed products and events align with established governance standards and commercial objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of operational or marketing experience within an Integrated Resort (IR) environment.
Demonstrated experience in mounting large-scale events and executing commercial activations.
Solid product knowledge encompassing both casino operations and non-gaming amenities (Hotel, F&B, Retail)
