Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution

Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfillment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). Includes all kinds of warehouses such as CFS, CY, inland depot/warehouses, bonded warehouses, whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
• Lead people with employee‑lifecycle responsibilities: hire/fire decisions, coaching/mentoring, task coordination, performance appraisals, pay reviews, and development for future assignments.
• Set direction and develop business and operational areas, create policies and practices, and implement business plans.
• Plan short‑ and long‑term initiatives depending on career stage, achieving goals through performance of direct and/or indirect reports.
• Work independently within defined boundaries while seeking supervision for complex tasks when necessary.
• Apply practical methods, techniques, procedures, and processes, choosing among known alternatives and evaluating their appropriateness and effectiveness.
• Manage employees day‑to‑day, set priorities, and ensure task completion.
• Require previous work experience in a related area or advanced education that has provided practical knowledge.
