The Assistant Manager for Tiers & Benefits of the Program Management Team is responsible for driving engagement, retention and tier performance. Serving as the primary product owner for an assigned tier, this role focuses on refining customer journeys, optimizing onboarding, managing cross-functional enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling, and differentiated member benefits.
Serve as the Product Owner for the assigned membership tiers, taking full accountability for overall tier health, performance, and key engagement KPIs.
Maintain clear value proposition differentiation across card tiers to encourage member progression and continuous program participation.
Oversee and optimize the onboarding experience for new members to ensure welcome benefits are compelling, seamless, and drive immediate engagement.
Collaborate with the CRM Team in managing "always-on" lifecycle communications, as well as thematic and tactical tier campaigns, to increase active usage and long-term retention.
Partner with the Internal Campaigns Team and External Partnerships Team to deliver exclusive, differentiated rewards that recognize member milestones.
Develop integrated marketing and promotional strategies to boost continuous program participation and brand affinity.
Drive continuous enhancement of the end-to-end customer journey by leading cross-functional projects with IT, Program Channels, and Operations teams.
Lead data hygiene and digital adoption initiatives—such as contact information updates and database cleanup—to improve overall member contactability and reach.
Collaborate with Operations and Communications teams to create, review, and deploy clear programmatic communications (including Program T&Cs, FAQs, and policy updates).
Ensure all customer touchpoints consistently reflect updated program rules and maintain high operational standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any relevant field
At least 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing with Product Management, Project Management, Loyalty Marketing, or Campaigns Management experience.
