Job summary

Sagility is seeking an Assistant Manager for GTEWS Service Delivery Manila to oversee IT service delivery and coordinate cross-functional IT activities in a hybrid work setup in Alabang/ZETA areas.

The role requires 4+ years in IT management, 1–2 years in a team leadership capacity, and strong experience in incident/problem management across Mac/Linux/Windows environments. On-site and in-office collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer applications, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent.
• 4+ years IT management experience.
• 1–2 years' experience as a team lead or in an IT department managerial role.
• Experience with IT incident and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and ensure timely, efficient IT support for operations.

Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate. Experience: 4+ Years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years? experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role. Preferred Skills: ? Comprehensive Understanding of Network architecture and Client/ server ? Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management ? Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms ? Cloud and VDI Infra Roles & responsibilities: Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department. ? Running regular checks on network and data security ? Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. ? Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation ? Designing training programs and workshops for staff ? Conducting regular system audits ? Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff ? Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages ? Providing direction for IT team members ? Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancements ? Ensure ICSAT, ESAT scores are maintained ? Handling Client and Vendor Management
