Job summary

Linnovate Partners in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Fund Accounting Manager (Night Shift) to join our office in Metro Manila. You will oversee fund administration for venture capital and private equity clients, handling transaction processing, fee calculations, and investor notices with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least 5 years in accounting, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably VC/PE.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
• Handle accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transaction processing and fee calculations.
• Review investor capital calls and distribution notices.
• Review reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Learn and apply new asset servicing technologies and drive automation to reduce manual bookings.

• Review various statements and notices including but not limit to investor capital call and distribution notices.
• Review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
• Learning the latest technology solutions in asset servicing industry and driving automation for less manual bookings and providing more value-added services to clients.
