Job summary

Linnovate Partners Ltd. in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Manager to support venture capital and private equity fund clients with accurate and timely fund administration services.

You will handle back-office accounting for VC/PE funds, including fund transactions, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, K1/K3 filings, and carried interest waterfall calculations, plus management fees and parallel run.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in audit, fund accounting, and fund administration, preferably in venture capital or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
