Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Private Markets Fund Accounting Lead in Taguig. The role will oversee NAV production, financial reporting, and client deliverables while leading a team of Associates and Senior Associates to ensure service excellence.

You will manage performance, drive process improvements, and be the primary escalation point for clients and stakeholders. The position starts onsite for 3 months, then transitions to hybrid work with one day work-from-home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in Private Markets, Private Equity and Bank Loans / Private Market Loans.
• Actual people-management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and employee performance.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate fund structures; LP/GP arrangements; capital calls and distributions; waterfall calculations and allocations; financial statement preparation; fund accounting controls and operational risk management.

Schedule: Morning, Mid, Night shifts (according to preference)

Location: BGC, Taguig

This role combines operational leadership, client management, and technical expertise across private equity, private credit, and real estate funds. You will oversee NAV production, manage team performance, ensure service excellence, and serve as a key escalation point for clients and stakeholders.
