The Sales & Accounts Training - Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the overall management and execution of Sales and Accounts Training operations, ensuring effective training delivery, trainer performance, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness. The role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, performance monitoring, and escalation support while contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of training programs and processes.

Monitor and oversee the day-to-day implementation of Sales and Accounts Training activities, ensuring trainers are aligned with approved schedules, training requirements, and operational priorities.
Provide coaching, guidance, and real-time support to trainers in handling training delivery, learner concerns, and operational issues.
Monitor training-related concerns, escalations, and action items and ensure timely resolution or endorsement to the appropriate stakeholders.
Review and monitor training schedules, attendance, deployment, and trainer availability to ensure continuity of training operations.
Conduct team huddles and alignment sessions to discuss priorities, upcoming training activities, operational concerns, and performance updates.
Review training delivery performance, quality results, attendance/completion, learner feedback, and other relevant training metrics.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other stakeholders regarding upcoming training requirements, changes in business processes, and capability-building needs.
Monitor the progress of training programs, certifications, cascades, and other capability-building activities assigned to the team.
Review and validate training materials, activities, and delivery approaches to ensure alignment with current processes and business requirements.
Conduct structured coaching and performance discussions with assigned trainers and document agreed development actions.
Consolidate and report training performance, accomplishments, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Training Manager/Senior Manager.
Review manpower and resource requirements based on the training pipeline, business requirements, and projected training volume.
Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, learner experience, and operational readiness.
Review team performance against established KPIs, objectives, and competency expectations and recommend appropriate development interventions.
Participate in business and training planning sessions and provide recommendations based on training trends, operational requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
Review and update training programs, learning interventions, processes, and documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Participate in the development of the Sales and Accounts Training Team's annual plans, targets, manpower requirements, and capability-building strategies.
Support the annual performance evaluation, competency assessment, and development planning of assigned team members.
Review the effectiveness and relevance of training programs and recommend enhancements for the succeeding year.
