Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an Assistant Manager - External Audit to lead engagements end-to-end, manage teams, and serve as the main point of contact for client management.

This onsite or hybrid role in Makati City requires strong budget, risk, and deadline management, plus clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders. CPA preferred but not mandatory, and prior cross‑industry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant audit experience, including leading engagements.
• Experience across at least 2 industries.
• Familiar with audit software such as Caseware.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• CPA is preferred.

Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager - External Audit will lead engagements end-to-end, managing teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for client management.

Qualifications:

• Experience working across at least 2 industries
• Experience using audit/accounting tools or software similar to Caseware (Caseware experience is not required)
• Able to clearly discuss industries handled, types of clients/accounts managed, and audit tools used
• Experience managing engagement budgets and resource allocation
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• CPA is preferred
