Responsibilities

• Control and direct the whole kitchen team in food preparation.
• Ensure quality dishes before they reach the customer.
• Strictly follow food preparation standards.
• Give feedback to line cooks when necessary.
• Manage food ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Control and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain food hygiene practices and proper handling of ingredients.
• Execute crisis management plans.
• Implement equipment maintenance plans.
