Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, and management reporting. You will supervise the Financial Analyst and partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and profitability.

The role requires strong modeling, budgeting, and analytical capabilities, with leadership experience and travel as needed. A CPA is preferred and ERP/BI experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred; CFA or CMA is an advantage.
• 7–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP and BI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Oversee consolidation and presentation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Supervise and develop the Financial Analyst; ensure deliverables are timely.
• Perform budget vs actual, trend, and variance analyses with actionable insights.
• Partner with department heads to build financial models and KPIs.
• Oversee working capital, CAPEX evaluations, and cash flow optimization.
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and profitability enhancers.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, automation, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and internal controls.
• Handle strategic finance projects and ad hoc analyses.
