Job summary

Your Employee Offshore ( Yempo ) Inc. in the Philippines is hiring an Assistant Financial Controller to support the Finance Director in day-to-day operations, producing accurate financial information, maintaining controls, and ensuring timely close processes.

This hands-on role combines production of management accounts with financial control and systems improvement. You can work from home or from the office—your choice.

Qualifications

• Good Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIF and basic data analysis.
• Experience using Sage.
• Good attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities while knowing when to expedite issues to the Finance Director.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Month-End & Management Accounts.
• Financial Control (Execution).
• Cashflow & Working Capital.
• Transactional Finance (Oversight & Delivery).
• Finance Systems & Process Improvement.
• Business Support.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
