Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.

The role will oversee daily accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end closings, prepare management reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure adherence to accounting standards. You will coordinate with auditors and drive process improvements, leveraging strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Help strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
