Macroasia Corporation is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead the finance team and deliver timely financial reporting and analysis. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure controls and compliance across the accounting function.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, provide insights on performance, variances, and risk, and coach junior accountants to meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced Manila-based

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Familiar with IAS/IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Provide data for group consolidation activities, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Perform and review variance analysis, ensuring clear explanations of financial results for management.
• Supervise and support a team of junior accountants, allocating tasks and reviewing outputs for accuracy.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to support timely delivery of reporting deadlines.
• Review financial data, trends, and KPIs to assess business performance.
• Prepare management reports and presentations with insightful commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and highlight variances and risks.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
