We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Assistant Finance Manager (must be a Certified Public Accountant) who will oversee the general ledger and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. This role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management: Supervise daily operations, ensure timely close processes, review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, assist in management reports and audits.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop policies, ensure regulatory adherence, support SOX compliance.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs.
• Process Improvement: Implement efficiency enhancements, leverage technology.

Qualifications:
