• Ensure accurate and timely financial data and management reports.
• Maintain finance reports and dashboards covering cash position, collections, disbursements, and key financial metrics.
• Support Management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
• Implement internal controls and accounting policies and coordinate with external finance and advisory teams.
• Manage and develop the Finance Specialists and support the improvement of finance operations.
