Job summary

ELC Beauty, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will supervise, mentor and develop staff in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment, delivering inspirational service and ensuring inventory accuracy, cash reconciliation, and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory and coaching experience in retail (cosmetics preferred)
• Ability to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service
• Experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Associates to meet sales and service targets

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
