Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Cost Controller for luxury hotel operations in Metro Manila. You will manage cost of food and beverage, control pricing, and prepare monthly cost reports, with emphasis on variances.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, ensuring stock levels meet requirements, recording transactions accurately, and reporting to management. Requires at least 5 years in hotel industry, strong MS Office and POS skills, and independent work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel industry (luxury preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook/Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and report F&B costs with variance analysis.
• Manage storeroom stock counts and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare Cost Controller's Report and assist budgeting and pricing decisions.
• Ensure accurate recording of all transactions and timely reporting.

Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects

Effectively manage all stores, ensuring inventory supplies are sufficient to meet the Hotels operational requirements and that all transactions are accurately recorded on a timely basis

To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.

To report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc.

Prepare Cost Controller's Report

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry preferably in luxury segment

Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, POS, Future Log or its equivalent

Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees

Serviced oriented with an eye for details/

Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
