Job summary

Accor Hotels in Manila seeks a seasoned Cost Controller for F&B to oversee cost calculations and the planning of F&B controlling and pricing. The role focuses on accuracy in cost analytics and proactive pricing strategies across multiple outlets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the luxury hotel sector, strong MS Office/POS skills, and excellent interpersonal communication, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hotel experience, preferably in luxury segment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, POS, and Future Log or its equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and for short and long-term planning of F&B controlling and pricing aspects.
• Effectively manage all stores, ensuring inventory supplies meet hotel operational requirements and that transactions are recorded timely.
• Perform physical counts of storeroom stocks and month-end inventory with balances reconciled to the general ledger.
• Report daily and monthly F&B costs with detailed variance analyses such as cost of sales ratios, slow-moving items, breakage & loss.
• Prepare Cost Controller's Report.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Job Description

Responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects

Effectively manage all stores, ensuring inventory supplies are sufficient to meet the Hotels operational requirements and that all transactions are accurately recorded on a timely basis

To perform the physical count of all storeroom stocks and month-end inventory, with final balances to be reconciled with the general ledger month-end balance.

To report the daily and monthly F&B costs with emphasis and detailed analysis on exceptional variances such as trend of cost of sales ratios, slow moving items, breakage & loss, etc.

Prepare Cost Controller's Report

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry preferably in luxury segment

Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, POS, Future Log or its equivalent

Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees

Serviced oriented with an eye for details/

Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
