T One Project Management Inc. is seeking a CSA - Assistant Package Manager to join our Construction Management team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on managing construction packages, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Architecture or Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of field experience, and is adept at design coordination, document control, and progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years work experience, preferably in construction management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Google-based documentation and mark-up tools (Adobe PDF).
• Solid understanding of design, planning, and project coordination aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and coordinate with safety teams.
• Collaborate with design teams for design completeness and buildability.
• Attend coordination meetings with design consultants and contractors.
• Track design changes, issues, and compliance for the package.
• Monitor progress against schedules and budgets; address variances.
• Assist in budget tracking, procurement schedules, and long‑lead item tracking.
• Coordinate with package contractors to ensure contract scope and payments.
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance on related scope.
