Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Buying Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Experience with woven fabrics/production and overseas suppliers is advantageous.
• Ability to manage CAD inputs in Illustrator/Photoshop and prepare range sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage order raising and maintenance, ITB creation, and ticketing requests.
• Keep range sheets updated and accurate.
• Contribute input on trend research including sustainability options.
• Manage CAD requirements in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Maintain daily communication with the vendor base and ensure deadlines are met.
• Build relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Liaise with Planning Team, QA technicians, Print Designers, and other departments.
• Adhere to company policies, B Corp standards, and applicable laws.
