Job summary

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Brand P&L and portfolio strategy.
• Responsible for the business process including qualifying, packaging, pricing, gaining support from the key internal and external stake holders, present, forecasting volume, and getting budget approval in coordination with the Management team.
• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand’s sales performance, competitive information, and market conditions to enhance the business, marketplace performance and competitiveness.
• Drives product positioning and competitive selling strategies as well as providing leadership in managing the logistics, market share and profitability of the brand in partnership with trade marketing and sales management team.
• Identifies, develops and launches business building programs and products supporting the brand portfolio.
• Works proactively with the sales team to identify and develop programs to generate sustainable sales and proper alignment with existing market plans. Collaborates and builds amazing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to advance the business marketplace performance
• Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
• Implement projects and execute strategies with cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• With at least (2) years experience handling FMCG brands (preferably beverage)
• Possesses good organizational and project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
