Job summary

SupportFinity in Metro Manila is seeking a restaurant operations manager to oversee front and back of house activities and ensure consistently high service quality. You will address customer concerns with tact and professionalism while upholding sanitation and health standards.

You will forecast inventory needs, coordinate with suppliers, and lead staff training to sustain excellent customer experiences in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Significant work experience in management and the hospitality industry.
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Front and back of house experience is a plus.
• Ability to use Internet, Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet software and position-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food served.
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
