Job Description

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate accounting report
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations (BIR and PEZA)
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function
• Prepare bank reconciliation (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable)
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic decision-making
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assistant supervisory or Supervisory role within an Accounting or Finance department
• With experience in PEZA and BIR filing and compliance
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
