Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager – Cash Reconciliation to oversee the daily reconciliation of store cash and bank deposits, validate payments, and resolve discrepancies. You will lead the Cash Reconciliation team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires CPA certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, 3–5 years in finance/treasury, and strong skills in cash/bank reconciliation, Excel, and ERP/POS systems.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, cash reconciliation, treasury, or finance operations, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of cash/bank reconciliation, check payments, deposits, and internal controls.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP and/or POS systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
