• Properly account for, manage, and reconcile incoming cash and check collections.
• Perform regular and accurate bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial records, support audit requirements, and assist the finance team with month-end closing tasks as needed.

A Financial Accounting Associate is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including daily sales reconciliation, cash and check management, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and financial integrity across our outlets and head office.

• Match and verify daily sales collections and deposits from various outlets against recorded revenue.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas).
