Job summary

Supervalue, Inc. seeks an experienced Branch Accounting head to oversee the branch accounting department and ensure adherence to the company’s accounting policies.

You will lead supervisors and staff, implement performance development plans, and ensure accurate financial reporting across Central NCR stores. The role requires CPA and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and up-to-date knowledge of tax and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Updated with Tax and Accounting Standards; proficient in MS Excel, SAP and POS.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle Supervisors and Rank and File personnel at the branch, performance evaluation and career development.
• Conduct regular branch visits of the stores within assigned branches in Central NCR Branches (Manila, San Lazaro, Grand Central, Marikina, Sta Mesa, Cubao and Sangandaan)
• Check and review the financial statements and activity reports of the assigned branches

About the role

About you

• Experience in Retail industry is a plus but not required
