Responsibilities

• Establish finance department management system compliance with relevant regulations.
• Financial/Tax/PEZA/Customs routine works.
• Establish forms and templates of accounting internal control documents.
• Asset management, cost auditing and financial analysis.
• Provide periodically financial information, quarterly/annual financial and tax statements to Taiwan Headquarter.
• Bank transfer and related payment arrangement.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly/quarterly performance evaluation.
• Monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Monitor and ensure inventory/asset counting implement.
• Communicate and coordinate with local accountant/PEZA/Tax Bureau.
• Review salary calculation from HR.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or any related programs.
• Knowledgeable in overall Finance process.
• Have broad idea in BIR reports.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in same field.
