JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking an Asset Servicing and Disclosures Reporting Associate to lead day-to-day processing across corporate actions, income events, and disclosures reporting with strong controls and disciplined exception management.

You will oversee technology-assisted outputs, ensure governance, and maintain audit-ready evidence while helping design workflows that improve efficiency and resiliency across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset servicing operations including corporate actions and income processing.
• Proven ability to investigate breaks and resolve issues.
• Strong governance, controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily processing for mandatory corporate actions and elections.
• Process income events and cash/stock disbursements accurately and timely.
• Perform reconciliations for income and stock events and drive issue resolution.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle steps for corporate actions and disclosures reporting.
• Produce and validate disclosures outputs with audit-ready evidence.
• Document decisions and maintain governance-aligned records.
• Respond to internal queries with clear, control-minded explanations.
• Design and maintain workflow tools and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and process improvements.
• Provide business continuity support including fallback procedures.
