Job summary

Metrobank in Taguig is seeking an Assets Resolution & Registration Officer to manage consolidation, registration and transfer of foreclosed, acquired and bank-owned properties, ensuring accurate titles and tax declarations.

You will work as a paralegal and liaison with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, and LGUs, handle documentary deficiencies, conduct ocular inspections, and prepare reports for management and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 or more than 3 years related experience.
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process consolidation, registration and transfer of foreclosed, acquired and sold ROPAs and bank-owned properties.
• Regularizes documentary infirmities / deficiencies of ROPAs and bank-owned properties.
• Acts as paralegal and liaison officer of the Bank in various government agencies and LGUs.
• Handles resolution of documentary infirmities and deficiencies of ROPAs and bank-owned properties; reconstructs missing documents when needed.
• Establishes networks with personnel of BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office and other agencies to facilitate work processes.
• Prepares status reports and assists the unit in preparation of various reports / replies to management, internal and external audits and other bank units.
